Delivery & Returns


Applies to UK mainland orders only. Highlands and Islands may be subject to surcharges.

Once you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received it. If you do not receive an order confirmation email it could mean that there is a problem with your order so please contact us but be sure to check your spam folder first. Unless you are in a remote area with a longer lead time you will be asked to select a delivery day for your order. All orders that do not have an extended lead time due to geographical location or because they are delivered direct from the manufacturer are dispatched 48 hours before your chosen delivery day on a 2 day service. You will receive a time slot the night before delivery from our delivery partner Arrow XL. Deliveries are normally to the front door only (when this is a block of flats, apartments or holiday park this will be to the main entrance to the building or main reception area).

Pick Your Delivery day

There is a drop down calendar on the checkout page above the delivery address fields, you can use this to pick your desired delivery date. You will only be able to select from our earliest available dates (normally a minimum of 2 days or later from the day of ordering). Our delivery partner (Arrow XL) will keep you updated to the progress of your order via email and message. You will be able to make requests and changes via these messages.

In some remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands) it will take longer to deliver (typically 3 – 5 days) and delivery surcharges may be applied. Please see our list of delivery surcharge areas below. In these areas we are NOT able to accommodate a nominated day.

Samples and Catalogues

These tend to be picked and packed and popped in the post second class the day after being placed. Postage on samples is £1.99 per order up to 6 samples + brochure.

Cladding and accessories, taps, showers, mirrors, flooring

  • Delivery is charged at £24.99 (mainland UK) for all orders under £99*
  • For orders* over £99 delivery is FREE  (mainland UK).

Remote Area Surcharges

  • Highlands = £50 (plus £24.99 if order value less than £99)
  • Offshore (inc Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles) = £50 (plus £24.99 if order value less than £99)
  • Jersey & Guernsey = we are currently unable to deliver to Jersey & Guernsey
  • Isle Of Man = £100 (plus £24.99 if order value less than £99)
  • Northern Ireland = we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Wight = £50 (plus £24.99 if order value less than £99)
  • Ireland = we are currently unable to deliver to Ireland

These charges will be added to the standard delivery rate. Surcharges are also applied when mainland UK delivery is free.

All remote areas are delivered on a 3-5 day service. The nominated delivery day option should NOT be used.

*Please note, the surcharges for remote area deliveries still apply to orders over £150.00. 

Shower Panel Deliveries

These are delivered direct from the manufacturer and you will not be asked to select a delivery date. Once your order is received we will call you that day if before 1:00pm or the next working day if after. We will let you know when the manufacturer is able to deliver to you which is normally within 7 days.

Your order can arrive at any time between 8am and 6pm and unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time or time slot. If our carrier is unable to deliver, you will be able to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery in most cases. You should also be able to track the status of your order online via the carrier’s website.


If you are not completely satisfied with your cladding products, you have 14 days to return your order to us (See returns section below) for a full NO QUIBBLE refund.

Our cladding products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of supply but are known to last the lifetime of your bathroom. Many of our repeat customers return to us after 10 years or more when they have come to renew the whole room. Cleaning recommendations should be followed with no harsh cleaning products being applied. A warm soapy sponge or soft cloth is all that is necessary. Repeated friction over time may result in degredation of the surface layer resulting in the dissapearance of the design on the panel.


You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused, within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s). Should you wish we can arrange a collection by our courier partner on your behalf at a cost of £40 (plus any remote area surcharges). This charge is deducted from the refund amount on receipt of goods at our warehouse (normally 3 days later).

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 working days to let us know and we’ll arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).

Bathroom Cladding Direct cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service.

Returns – Direct from manufacturer, Vox Kerradeco & Dumawall + Products

Goods delivered direct from the manufacturer like MultiPanel & the 1m PVC panels carry a 15% (or minimum charge of £30) restocking fee and a collection charge of £30. Alternatively you can arrange delivery to the delivering depot and pay only the restocking fee.

Using third party installers?

It is strongly recommended that you either book your delivery well in advance of any planned installation or that you do not book a fitter until you have received your delivery and had time to check that all the goods are correct with no delivery damage present. Bathroom Cladding Direct will not accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred as a result of goods not being checked prior to the booking of a Fitter/Installer.


Cladding is manufactured in batches much the same way as wallpaper is manufactured. Most cladding is numbered every time it is produced and there is often slight shade variation between each batch. Believe it or not White cladding is the worst for shade variation.

For this reason it is always best to order an extra panel or two when ordering for your project.

If you find yourself needing more and it needs to match a previous batch simply tell us what the batch is when you place your order in the Notes section or over the phone.

You will find the batch number on the reverse side of the panel or the end of a complete pack (normally packed in 10’s).
